Geomative holds 2022 annual work conference

On the afternoon of April 21, Geomative held the 2022 annual work conference. The meeting that should have been held at the beginning of the year was postponed until now because many colleagues could not return to the headquarters due to the implementation of the project in transit. The meeting reviewed the work implementation in 2021, summarized the company's achievements in the three major business sectors of geophysical equipment, polluted site investigation services,urban road disease detection, and shared the achievements made in new product research and development, the phased results of platform construction, business cooperation, etc. The meeting also set the the comprehensive deployment of key tasks in 2022, and the development blueprint for the next ten years.

Over the past five years, we have maintained a trend of continuous growth, doubling our performance every two years. In 2021, we are faced with the global epidemic, the multiple challenges of shortage of chips, rising material and logistics costs , but we have achieved good results in the domestic market and "transparent cities", which keeping our overall performance at 26% growth. CEO Yuan pointed out the new opportunities and challenges that will be faced in 2022. We will take 2022 as a new starting point to form a development strategy focusing on product sales, engineering services, transparent cities, and information platform services, and draw a blueprint for the next decade. Mr.Yuan proposed that we should continue to use new technologies to empower, realize model innovation, and speed up digital transformation, and sent messages to all employees to implement the specific plans and requirements of this meeting, and to move forward in the new journey!

Then, the heads of each department reported the work content in 2021 one by one, summarized the highlights and analyzed the shortcomings, and shared the key work and innovative work ideas in 2022.

After reporting by each department, in order to enhance everyone's sense of management participation and truly understand everyone's voice, the company anonymously collects all employees' suggestions or opinions on the company's management, and encourages employees to actively contribute to the development of the company.

At the same time, in order to allow everyone to take care of their lives and focus on their personal goals, Geomative also held the "Soul, Slow Delivery" space-time capsule activity, and wrote their expectations for the next year into an envelope and sealed it in person. Imagine how we will feel when we open our sealed goals and dreams a year later and see our own changes?
