From March 6 to March 9, 2023, the fifth Asia-Pacific Conference on Near Surface Earth Science and Engineering (NSGE) was held at the GIS NTU Convention Center in Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Liu Xingchang, the technical director of Geomative, brought GD series high-density electrical resistivity system, proton magnetometer, spread spectrum induced polarization(SSIP) acquisition system and other new products to the exhibition site to share our application and case in engineering geophysics with clients.
Opening ceremony
The conference was opened by Remco Bax, Chief Operating Officer of EAGE, and welcomed by Professor Chih-Ping Lin, Professor and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, Yangming Chiao Tong University, Taiwan.
EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers) is one of the world's largest multidisciplinary geoscience organizations, with members active in more than 110 different countries and regions. The 5th Asia Pacific Near Surface Geoscience and Engineering (NSGE) Conference is a major exchange exhibition of near surface geoscience and professional instruments, attracting 120 representatives from 62 organizations and 21 countries from the global near surface professional community to discuss the latest geophysical research findings and cases.
Review of booth appearance
As the sponsor of this event, Geomative brought GD series high-density electrical resistivity system, proton magnetometer, spread spectrum induced polarization(SSIP) acquisition system and other products to the exhibition, attracting many guests to visit and communicate.

The ERI method, also known as electric resistivity tomography (ERT), is used to noninvasively determine the spatial variations (both laterally and with depth) of the electrical resistivity of the subsurface [see (Binley 2015) for a recent review]. Electri
At present, soil pollution in China is divided into two parts, namely farmland soil pollution and urban relocation factory soil pollution. This paper first introduces the investigation of soil pollution (i.e. contaminated site) in the relocated factory. I
